Phumelelo is the firm’s founder and managing director. He holds a BA Law and LLB from the University of Pretoria. He is an admitted Attorney and Notary Public. Phumelelo also has right of appearance in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.
After the completion of LLB, Phumelelo went on to serve his articles at a reputable law firm in Pretoria where he was retained in the Commercial, Corporate and Litigation departments as an Associate.
Phumelelo focuses on commercial law and dispute resolution.
He advises individuals, corporate and state/government clients navigate complex legal matters.
Mr Matthew Takadiyi – is an associate at Simelane Attorneys Inc. Holder of a BA (Law) and an LLB from the University of Pretoria. Subsequent to obtaining his tertiary qualifications, Matthew completed service of his articles at Weavind & Weavind Inc. in Pretoria where he gained valuable practical experience in the Conveyancing, Litigation and Corporate & Commercial departments.
Matthew is keenly interested and well versed in the corporate and commercial spheres as well as in general litigation.
Khethelo Nkosi is a candidate attorney at Simelane Attorneys Inc. She holds an LLB degree from the University of the Free State and is currently gaining valuable experience in various areas of law under the mentorship of Mr. Simelane.
